Since August 2003, Safir International Hotel Management Company has become a part of Kuwait Projects Company (KIPCO) which has broad local and international activities. It's also a partner in Abou Al Nawas Hotels and Resorts Management Company in Tunisia and it manages a number of hotels and resorts in the Middle East and North Africa as the company's policy was updated to match the competitive ability in the international markets.
According to the new renovation and expansion process plans which Safir Hotels and Resorts are following, Safir Hotel Cairo has been recently renovated.
The company is in the processes of opening a number of new projects in the Kuwait, Qatar & Egypt where satisfaction of all the needs of the international and local market were taken into consideration to cope with the competitive abilities, as Safir International Co. was keen on strengthening and supporting Safir's reputation and special identity to concentrate on the basic markets.
